TEONA PAICHADZE

Born in 1970 Tbilisi,Georgia

Lives and works in Georgia and internationally

In 1986-1990 - Iakob Nikoladze School of Fine Arts of Tbilisi.

In 1990-1997 - Apolon Kutateladze Tbilisi State Academy of Fine Arts, faculty of Easel Graphics.

In 1992 she got married and has 3 children. After getting married, she had been working in the different fields of applied art – had been making handmade jewelries and postcards. She was designing and constructing the shop frontsby metallic grids. She also had been teaching painting and composing in the “Art College of Tbilisi” and participated in a several group exposin Georgia. She was a Co-pounder and designer of art-café-gallery and a founder of LTD “E2-E4” – polygraph, promotional materials and design business. Teonas artworks of 2015-2017 yearswere inspirited by her business.In her artworks she uses some polygraph materials and technique; the black-and-white polyethylene graphic compositions; mixed media technique series of compositions on metal plates - “Shots” and “illustrations” creation a kind of synthesis of photography and cinematography. 

Teonas ancestors were from the seaside town, because of that you can often meet in her artworks sea, rocky beach and the ships. As Teona mentioned, her father – writer Soso Paichadze and his surroundings were her main inspiration for the art and painting, and her first personal expo in 2015 was dedicated to her father's book's anniversary edition.

In April 2015, Ms. Teona Paichadze had her first “Without a Frame” personal exhibition at the Georgian Writers' House in Tbilisi.

In June 2016, personal expo - “E2E4” were arranged at "Vanda Art Gallery” in Tbilisi.

In August 2016, a third personal expo - “The Yellow Suitcase” was held at the “Adjara State Museum of Art” in Batumi. 

In October 2017, personal expo – 'la Femme' Berlin at the GH36 Gallery in Berlin and

In the same months October 2017, personal expo – 'La Femme' Tbilisi at theT.G.Nili Art Space Georgia in Tbilisi.

• 2017 – August – A German-Georgian Group Exhibition to celebrate 200 years of German-Georgian Friendship. T.G.Nili Art Space in partnership with the State Art Museum of Adjara. 
• 2017 – November - auction in Istanbul-Turkey –Aya Gallery.
• 2017 – November - Neutral-Ism expo – in San Beneditto del Tronto – Italy – printed in Neutral-Ism General Catalog 1^stedition.
• 2017 – December – Christmas expo in G.Nili Art Space Georgia in Tbilisi.
• 2018 – April – Easter expo in Steinway & Sons gallery – Georgia Tbilisi.
